How to beat Buffet with your next Investment
I’m not as rich as Warren Buffet.
But there is one thing I’m beating him at:
ROI.
And you probably can, too.
Let’s say you’re at the head of a client business selling at just $4,500.
And let’s say your app cost is obscenely high.
So you’re paying $800 per acquisition.
That’s still over 400% ROI.
It doesn’t have the be a client business either. A healthy online education business, or even e-comm could get 250% or 300% ROI.
To put it in perspective, Buffett’s investment business only averages 17% year on year.
Obviously, it’s apples and oranges.
He’s playing with billions and most of us are working our way up into the millions.
We use ads, and he uses magic.
The point is:
A healthy online business is FAST and it can make you CASH-FLUSH.
AKA it generates a lot of cashflow really quickly.
Now I know what you might be thinking…
“I’ve never seen returns like that in my business.”
Or…
“I know people with those businesses who are flat broke.”
And you’re right.
There are hundreds of examples of people whose businesses are stuck in the mud or completely dead in the water.
Their ads are sucking up all their cash with no return.
Not because they’re lazy, their market is unresponsive or because their specific business doesn’t work…
But because their accounts are NOT healthy.
For a lot of different reasons.
They may be not getting enough attention… not converting leads into sales… unstable accounts… lack of optimization… etc.
And so growth is stunted.
A lot of businesses invest their own time and money into fighting against the powers that be when it comes to advertising, struggling to build a business that is cash-flush.
