The Parched Sahara of High-Ticket Coaching
I was talking to my friend who is a high-ticket coach.
She was getting very, very frustrated.
She’d been in the coaching business for a long time, so she was familiar with the ups and downs — the “rollercoaster.”
But the specific thing she was dealing with was that everything would be ticking along perfectly one minute…
Only to jerk to a stop the next.
Which means:
No leads.
No apps.
No sales.
𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲.
Imagine if you’re an elephant living in the dry parts of Africa and you only have one source of water.
Some days it’s there.
Some days it’s dry as a bone.
That’s what a lot of coaches are dealing with right now.
My friend in particular was being subjected to WEEKS where she couldn’t advertise on her main lead source (FB), which she described as “outrageous.”
Outrageous is right. How long can you stand to have those weeks where NOTHING comes in? Forget the bottom line for a second… what does that do to your emotional state + your team’s morale?
And if your particular lead source is FB (for 90% of people it is) you can forget trying to talk to them about it.
They won’t help you.
They don’t care.
My friend and I both agreed:
If you are going to grow and scale a biz you need PREDICTABILITY.
Your salespeople have got to eat.
